Socks -X-Socks Run Performance Socks
Shorts – I wear lycra shorts such as the 2XU compression or the Skins compression. I wear running shorts on top. I have a variety of makes but my favourites are Adidas.
Tights – I rarely wear tights when I run. I hate them. The only tights I have are a pair of 2XU Elite Compression shorts. I have no idea if their claim to accelerated healing is valid but they are comfortable.
Under – I now wear compression tops when ever I run. Firstly, it pretty much prevents nipple rub. Secondly, they are really comfortable.
Top – Again, I have a variety. They are all technical Ts. My favourites are a red Nike top my wife gave me and a blue one from a company called Sub-4; I wear it with pride after getting a new PB at Edinburgh.
If I have to buy anything, I often go with Ron Hill or Hilly gear. Its always great to wear and comfortable.
